Our Seven sourdough is made in-house every day using just three ingredients; Italian Caputo flour, salt and water. We leave it to rise slowly for a minimum of 20 hours which allows the soft, bubbly dough to form and create the perfect traditional Neapolitan pizza.
Our Napoli wood-fired oven is heated to 500°C to allow the pizza to cook in just 55 seconds. The smokey taste of the dough is developed in the oven and finished with our fresh Italian-sourced toppings and tomato sauce. The simplicity of sourdough makes it much easier for our bodies to digest and break down, while adding a delicious depth of flavour.
