"At CrossFit Harrow you will not find treadmills, bikes or resistance machines instead there will be kettlebells, barbells, pull ups bars, gymnastic rings and wide open spaces.
The movements we teach mimic those performed in daily life. We move the body the way it is supposed to. We work with you, we coach you and we teach you. We have 6 participants per class to ensure the quality of coaching is to the highest level.
Our aim is to improve your ability in the 10 recognized fitness skills: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance &Accuracy
We want you to do things you never thought you could and build a body that is capable of anything. The beauty of CrossFit is that it is inclusive to everyone.
