The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Returns are accepted. For the full returns policy details please see our returns page. You may return your order any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyer and exceptions
All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be returned to the seller within 14 days of receipt, please contact seller through Contact Seller in your account section, so that they can arrange the return and replace your faulty item as quickly as possible. Where you need to return the faulty product to the seller, we will refund the postage charges for second(2nd) class post only and where a valid postage receipt is sent to us via the Contact Seller option in your account.
Wrong Item Delivered:
If the seller delivers a wrong item, please contact us via Contact Seller option in your account, within 14 days of receipt so that the seller can arrange the return and replace the wrong item as quickly as possible. Where you need to return the faulty product to the seller, we will refund the postage charges for second(2nd) class post only and where a valid postage receipt is sent to us via the Contact Seller option in your account.
Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to the seller within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition. You must return the goods at your own cost. If you are returning the goods for refund, we will refund the full cost that you paid for the goods excluding any delivery charges paid by you. We will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns/refund requests for Health & Beauty, Apparels and certain household items once opened from original packaging and/or used.
